NAKAJIMA METAL LEAF, POWDER Co. was founded in 1916, and specialized exclusively in gold powder and gold leaf. Today, we are a leading supplier of gold, silver, copper, tin and brass powder and leaf materials that are used in the printing industry to add sparkle and brilliance. In 1930 we started offering aluminum foil, a promising new alternative to tin foil, well before the launch of domestic production in Japan. This was a pivotal decision that paved the way for subsequent expansion into other areas such as electronics materials for condensers and packaging materials.

NAKAJIMA METAL LEAF, POWDER Co. boasts years of experience and expertise in materials and metal processing technology as well as design aesthetics. Our services today include adding gloss and brilliance to products and product packaging and designing flexible packaging solutions for a range of different applications.
A key part of our mission as a company is to develop new and better materials that add value to our clients. We work closely with clients and suppliers to build this development-oriented ethos into a tightly integrated production cycle comprising manufacturing, distribution and continuous improvement.

In recent years, the industry has become increasingly demanding with respect to product quality, management procedures and service standards. In line with our primary focus of customer satisfaction, we are working hard on internal and external systems and procedures to ensure compliance with environmental considerations as well as international quality standards. Over the course of 100 years, the company has expanded beyond leaf and powder materials to a range of processing services and product packaging solutions. And while the products and services that we offer may have changed over the years, our commitment to meeting the expectations of our clients has never wavered. We remain focused on meeting the needs of our clients. We will redesign existing solutions to make them better. If a suitable solution does not exist, we will make one from scratch.
