The film surface is finely porous and easy to tear open. This means that bags and pouches of any shape can be opened at any point.

Cold foil has become increasingly popular in recent years as an eye-catching decorative metallic design element for boxes.
Unlike conventional hot stamping foil, cold foil can be used with offset printing. This enables a range of design techniques such as multi-color printing on silver foil to produce striking colored metallic designs as well as subtle gradations.
Combining standard printing with foil stamping simultaneously also speeds up the printing process and reduces lead times to clients.
Silk printing is a form of stencil printing using a woven mesh of nylon or metal fiber.
Silk printing can be used to make relief patterns involving mounds of ink, and is excellent for creating dazzling designs involving lame and glitter materials.
